The festive Christmas store exterior with falling snow and the Tchibo logo.
The ad opens with a woman standing outside a Tchibo store decorated for Christmas, with snow falling. Inside the store windows, Christmas trees and decorations are visible. The scene transitions to a young girl looking at star-shaped Christmas lights, then to a father and daughter laughing together under string lights. Next, a family is shown jumping for joy amidst confetti. The ad then shows three women in red tops and black bottoms, each in a different doorway, followed by a montage of people opening doors on a large advent calendar. Finally, Santa Claus is shown drinking coffee and interacting with a reindeer outside a window, before a split-screen collage of the previous scenes with the text 'Freude für alle!' (Joy for everyone!) appears.
