A dramatic close-up of a person's face in silhouette with water droplets, set against a backdrop of blurred city lights.

The video opens with a close-up of a person's face in silhouette, with water droplets on their hair, set against a bokeh background of city lights. It then transitions to a woman's face, looking distressed and wet in the rain. She is in a sterile-looking room, wearing a hospital gown, and later has electrodes attached to her head. A screen shows a live feed of her eye. She is then seen in a bar, talking to another woman, and later in a hallway with a chart of people's photos and names. The scene shifts to a group of people, some wearing blindfolds, in a dark room. A woman is seen walking on a train platform, adjusting her sunglasses. Another scene shows people on an escalator. The video culminates with a shot of the London skyline at night, with the title card "THE ROOK" appearing over the Millennium Bridge, followed by the STV Player logo.
