The initial question "Mitarbeitersuche mit Stepstone?" combined with the gradient background.

The ad opens with a gradient background and the text "Mitarbeitersuche mit Stepstone?". It then transitions to a construction site where a woman in a hard hat and safety vest, identified as Mara König, a construction manager, speaks directly to the camera. The scene shifts to show blueprints on a table, with the text "Zu teuer" appearing, followed by "WAR GESTERN" in a red stamp-like graphic. The ad then returns to the gradient background with text overlays about Stepstone's recruiting services. The pacing is moderate, with quick cuts between the speaker and text-based information.
