A man driving while texting.

The video opens with a man driving a car while looking at his phone. Text messages appear on the screen, indicating he is late. The car's speedometer shows it is traveling at 55 mph. The scene then shifts to an aerial view of a car driving on a football field. The man is then shown driving with a sleep mask on, still looking at his phone. The car is shown driving on the football field again, this time closer. The video then shows a close-up of a cracked windshield, followed by a shot of the damaged car with smoke billowing from it. A state trooper stands in front of the car, speaking directly to the camera.
