A man lying on the floor looking intensely at the camera.

The ad opens with a man in a black polo shirt with a yellow logo, lying face down on a hardwood floor, looking intensely at the camera. The camera then focuses on a cleaning device, a steam cleaner head, moving across the hardwood floor, leaving a wet trail. The scene shifts to a yellow Stanley Steemer van parked in front of a house. Finally, the man from the beginning walks towards the camera, standing in front of the van.
