A man is lying on a sofa in an unusual outdoor location.

The ad opens with a man lying on a grey sofa in a park, looking at his phone. The scene then shifts to the same man on the sofa with the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background. Next, he's on the sofa by a lake, then in a parking lot, and then in a forest. The ad continues to show him on the sofa in various outdoor and indoor settings, including a beach and a living room. The pacing is quick, with rapid scene changes. The final scenes show the man on the beach with the Spintel logo appearing on screen.
