Close-up of a woman's closed eye.

The video opens with a close-up of a woman's closed eye, then transitions to a woman lying in bed with a teddy bear, looking at her phone. She then gets up and goes to a train station, riding an escalator down. She boards a train and then walks through a modern building, possibly a library or university. She is shown looking at a paper with 'FAIL' circled on it, looking distressed. She then walks outside, looking upset, and sits on some steps, throwing papers around. She checks her phone again, looking worried, then smiles as she receives a message. The video ends with two women hugging on the steps, with the brand logo and slogan.
