A woman submerging herself into an ice bath.

The ad opens with the Ritual logo. A woman is shown sitting on the edge of a bathtub filled with ice water, then submerging herself. She emerges, looking surprised. She then stands on a scale, looking contemplative. The scene shifts to her taking a supplement capsule. The final shots show a bottle of Ritual's Essential for Women multivitamin with text overlays highlighting its features, and a call to action.
