The text "EL AYUNO INTERMITENTE NO ME FUNCIONÓ HASTA QUE EMPECÉ A HACERLO BIEN" (Intermittent fasting didn't work until I started doing it right) appears prominently.

The video shows a woman stepping on a scale, then a different woman smiling outdoors, then a woman in a bedroom taking a mirror selfie, then a woman preparing a salad, then a woman eating crackers, then a close-up of fruit, then a phone screen showing recipes, then a fruit bowl, then a woman sitting at a table, then a woman in a dress by a pool, and finally a woman in athletic wear posing in front of a mirror. The pacing is quick, with frequent scene changes.
