A couple in matching red beanies approaches a door, and a welcoming real estate agent opens it.

The ad opens with a couple in red beanies approaching a door labeled '706'. A real estate agent opens the door and welcomes them. They enter a modern apartment with a stunning ocean view. The agent then leads them to a houseboat docked at a pier. The couple, along with their dog, walk onto the houseboat. Inside, they sit at a table with the agent, discussing paperwork. The agent makes a phone call. The couple looks at each other, smiling. The ad ends with a wide shot of the houseboat on the water and text overlay.
