The contrast between the serious elderly woman and the overly muscular, smiling man.

The ad opens with a close-up of an elderly woman with her hair styled up, wearing a pink jacket and a pearl necklace. She looks off-camera with a serious expression. The PayFit logo is visible in the top left corner. The scene then shifts to a reception desk where the same elderly woman is seated, looking concerned. A very muscular man in a purple tank top is leaning over the desk, smiling broadly. A younger woman with red hair stands on the other side of the desk, facing the elderly woman. The muscular man makes exaggerated gestures. The scene transitions to a close-up of the muscular man's face as he smiles. The scene returns to the reception desk with the three characters. A chat interface appears on screen, showing a conversation between a user and PayFit support. The final scene shows the muscular man flexing his bicep while the elderly woman looks on, and the PayFit logo appears again. The ad ends with a button to 'Try now'.
