The initial shot of a woman smiling and the title 'OBSESSION' create intrigue.

The ad opens with a woman smiling, then cuts to a man looking serious. A close-up of a box labeled 'ONE WISH WILLOW' follows, then a woman in a black dress with a tattoo. Another man is shown looking surprised. The woman from the beginning makes a pouting face, then the screen goes black with the word 'YOU' in large white letters. The woman reappears with blood on her face and a distressed expression. A man screams in a car, then the screen shows the back of his head as he drives. The ad ends with the title card and logos.
