The ad opens with a graphic of the Officeworks logo with a Santa hat. It transitions to a family (parents and three children) looking at a large, tiered stack of blue gift boxes. The children are excited and begin opening gifts. A boy opens a Nintendo Switch 2 box, a girl opens a pink Instax bundle, and another person looks at a Kindle. The family is shown enjoying their gifts, with the children interacting with the items. The ad ends with the Officeworks logo and delivery options.
