A distressed young woman looking at her laptop.

The video opens with a close-up of a young woman with red hair looking distressed, sitting in front of a laptop. She is surrounded by friends who are sitting on a couch. One friend is holding a phone and showing it to the others. Another woman, holding a microphone and wearing a green cardigan, enters the frame and presents a black bag. The scene transitions to show the woman with the microphone holding up the bag, which contains neatly folded clothes. The text 'Rent clothes at nuuly.com' appears on screen. The friends on the couch react to the bag and its contents.
