The man's direct address to the camera and the intriguing text "lovet de kjærestegaranti" (they promised a girlfriend guarantee).

The video opens with a man sitting in a chair, speaking directly to the camera. He is wearing a black shirt and pants. The background shows several black suitcases and some shelves with bags. The video then transitions to older photos of people, including the speaker, and then shows various shots of NTNU university buildings, cityscapes of Trondheim, and outdoor activities like snowboarding and surfing. The pacing is dynamic, interspersing talking head segments with B-roll footage. The final segment shows the NTNU logo and slogan.
