The slow-motion pouring of cream and chocolate into a cookie base.

The ad opens with a close-up of a light-colored cream being poured into a circular cookie base. This transitions to a shot of chocolate being poured into a similar cookie base. Then, a close-up of the cookie with chocolate filling is shown, followed by a shot of two finished cookies, one broken in half to reveal the chocolate and cream filling. The ad then shows wheat stalks with flour exploding around them, followed by a shot of melting chocolate with the Milka logo embossed. The final scene is a product shot of a box of Milka Choco Mini Stars cookies with a few cookies on a plate.
