The initial text "THOMAS MASSIE VOTED A GAINST TRUMP'S WALL" is a strong political statement.

The ad features a split screen. On the left, a man (Thomas Massie) is shown speaking directly to the camera, with various backgrounds and text overlays. On the right, there are images and clips related to the text overlays, such as crowds of people, medical equipment, and a child. The ad transitions to show President Trump and Ed Gallrein, then Gallrein in military and farming settings. The pacing is fast, with quick cuts and text appearing and disappearing.
