A heart-shaped image of Thomas Massie superimposed over a bedroom scene.

The ad opens with a close-up of a nightstand with a glass of red wine, roses, and a tie. A heart-shaped image of Thomas Massie appears. The scene transitions to Massie walking with two women, followed by a dinner scene, and then Massie getting into a car with the women. The final scenes show Massie with Donald Trump and Captain Ed Gallrein at a rally. The editing is fast-paced and uses a grainy, almost surveillance-like filter at times.
