The large red letters 'LA' superimposed over the hospital beds create an immediate sense of place and urgency.

The video opens with a stark, somewhat unsettling image of hospital beds covered in mosquito nets, with large red letters 'LA' superimposed. It transitions to a man in a 'Medecins Sans Frontieres' (MSF) uniform walking down a ward. Text appears, stating 'LA OÙ L'ON MEURT ENCORE DE MALADIES QUI NE TUENT PLUS AILLEURS' (Where people still die from diseases that no longer kill elsewhere). The scene then shifts to a desolate outdoor environment with a young girl in a dress standing amidst debris. More text appears, 'LA OÙ TOUT LE MONDE A OUBLIÉ QUE VOUS ÊTES LÀ' (Where everyone has forgotten that you are there). The video concludes with the MSF logo and a call to donate.
