The initial dark shot of the ambulance and the large, bold text "MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES" immediately establish the context.

The video opens with a dark shot of an ambulance with its doors open, revealing medical equipment. It transitions to text overlays on various scenes: a boat on the ocean, a herd of cattle, and a village with simple dwellings. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between scenes and text. The final shot is a logo with text.
