A woman in a tennis outfit preparing a green drink.

The video opens with a close-up of a white cup with the name 'LICI' written on it, a tennis racket, and a green pouch of Landish greens blend. The scene then shifts to a woman getting out of a white car, with a tennis racket and flip-flops on the ground. She is wearing a light blue athletic outfit. The video then shows her preparing a drink with the Landish greens blend, scooping powder into the cup. Finally, the woman is shown on a tennis court, drinking from the cup and then playing tennis. The pacing is quick and energetic.
