The opening text "every diet works... until it doesn't. Huel finally broke the cycle." immediately addresses a common frustration.

The video shows a person preparing a Huel shake. It starts with a close-up of a black Huel pouch being opened. Then, a white shaker bottle is brought into frame, and powder is scooped from the pouch into the bottle. Water is poured into the bottle, and the lid is attached. The bottle is shaken vigorously, and then the shake is poured into a glass. The video ends with a shot of the finished shake in the glass next to the shaker bottle.
