The man is in a kitchen with fresh ingredients, and the text "EGENTLIG RET" appears.

The video opens in a kitchen with a man preparing ingredients. He then moves to a table and browses recipes on a tablet. He goes outside to his car, retrieves shopping bags from the trunk, and walks towards a house. He places a HelloFresh box on the ground, then carries it inside and opens it, revealing meal kits. He puts the meal kits into the refrigerator. Finally, he holds up recipe cards, smiling.
