A smartphone screen showing an incoming call with options to message or remind.

The video opens with a close-up of a smartphone displaying an incoming call from 'Iben Hjejle'. The screen shows options to 'Besked' (Message) and 'Påmind mig' (Remind me), and a green button to answer. The scene then shifts to a woman holding the phone, looking frustrated. A green text bubble appears with the Danish phrase 'Jeg har ikke nået at handle.' (I haven't had time to shop.). She then makes a dismissive gesture and a new text bubble appears: 'Det er simpelthen for dårlige undskyldninger det der.' (Those are simply bad excuses.). The video cuts to a bag of fresh produce inside a refrigerator, with a Hello Fresh sticker on it. The final scenes show the woman looking at a Hello Fresh recipe booklet, with text appearing on screen: 'Slut med undskyldninger' (No more excuses). The Hello Fresh logo appears at the end.
