A man is shown placing a mattress on a bed.

A man is shown interacting with a Helix mattress, first by placing it on a bed frame, then lying on it in various positions, and finally demonstrating its support by pressing down on it. He then appears in a professional setting, identifying himself as a physical therapist and fitness expert, and is shown performing a massage on another person. The ad features close-ups of the mattress and its branding, interspersed with shots of the man in a bedroom setting.
