A woman smiling while sitting on a large exercise ball in a gym.

The video opens with a woman sitting on a large blue exercise ball in a rehabilitation gym. She is smiling and looking at the camera. The text "Bij Helan denken we al aan je revalidatie" appears on screen. The scene then transitions to the same woman sitting on a bench in a waiting room, with crutches beside her. The text "nog voor je consultatie" appears. Finally, the screen displays the Helan logo and tagline with text about their "Hospitalia-verzekering". The pacing is calm and reassuring.
