A quokka wearing a cone of shame on a beach.

A quokka wearing a cone of shame sits on a sandy beach. A fairy-like quokka appears, transforming into a glamorous fairy with a blue wig and a sparkly dress. The fairy quokka flies around, casting a magical glow. The scene shifts to a close-up of a hand holding an HBF Lite Bronze Hospital Plus Cover card. The fairy quokka then flies towards the cone-wearing quokka, showering it with sparkles. The ad ends with the HBF logo and tagline.
