A man holding flip-flops and talking about soccer rules.

A young man in a yellow Brazilian soccer jersey and blue shorts stands outside, holding a pair of flip-flops. He speaks to the camera, then places the flip-flops on the ground and picks up a soccer ball. He demonstrates juggling the ball with his feet. Another man in a similar outfit appears, and they interact. The first man runs off-screen. The scene is set in a park-like area with trees and a paved path.
