The initial shot of a man intensely performing a squat with a spotter.

The video shows several people working out in a gym. It starts with a man doing squats with a spotter, then transitions to a woman doing bench presses, and then another man doing squats with a spotter. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between different exercises and individuals. The overall aesthetic is dark and gritty, with a focus on intense physical effort.
