The bold text "DETERMINATION IS THE STANDARD" overlaid on a gym setting.

The video opens with a wide shot of a gym floor, with the text "DETERMINATION IS THE STANDARD" and the Gold's Gym logo. It then cuts to a woman performing a sled push exercise, followed by shots of her doing lunges with a kettlebell and throwing a medicine ball against a wall. The pacing is energetic and cuts between different exercises and close-ups of the woman's exertion. The final shot shows the woman holding the medicine ball, with the text "JOIN TODAY" and "THE STANDARD SINCE 1965".
