Close-up of golden-brown fish sticks frying in a pan.

The ad opens with a top-down view of ingredients and a package of Frosta fish sticks on a wooden table. It then transitions to a close-up of three fish sticks frying in a pan, with the text 'Obiad?' appearing. The next scene shows someone using a spatula to place cooked fish sticks and vegetables onto a plate from the pan. Finally, the ad shows a finished plate of fish sticks and vegetables, with a hand reaching for them, and then displays the Frosta fish stick packaging with a tagline. The pacing is quick and appetizing.
