An energetic man in retro workout attire dancing.

The ad opens with a man in 80s-style workout gear, complete with a headband and mustache, striking a pose. Text appears: "FRISCOACH przedstawia". The man then dances with two women, all holding smartphones. The scene shifts to a close-up of a hand holding a smartphone displaying a coupon for "40 zł". The text "Pobierz apkę!" appears. The man reappears, pointing to the phone, and the text "Szczegóły akcji na stronie www.frisco.pl lub w aplikacji mobilnej Frisco. Aby otrzymać kupon na pierwsze zakupy należy założyć konto w sklepie Frisco oraz zaakceptować zgody marketingowe." is displayed. Finally, the screen shows the Frisco app interface with a delivery truck graphic and the text "Zakupy w lepszej formie.", with the man flexing. The pacing is energetic and playful.
