A man directly addresses the camera, promising to show a workout.
The video opens with a man standing in front of a Ford Ranger pickup truck, with a wooded area and a river in the background. He gestures and speaks to the camera. Text overlays appear. He then walks away from the camera towards the truck. Two other men are positioned around the truck: one leaning against the tailgate, and another on the roof of the truck doing push-ups. The man who was initially speaking walks to the front of the truck and pushes it, while the man on the roof continues his push-ups. The man leaning on the tailgate also appears to be pushing. The scene transitions to a closer shot of the truck's roof and bed, with the man on the roof now holding a football. He throws the football. The video ends with a shot of the man in the truck bed holding the football.
