A woman raising her hand in a crowded room.

The video opens with a woman in a green blazer raising her hand in a crowded room. It then cuts to a press conference with two speakers at a table. The scene returns to the woman in the audience, who is now clapping and speaking. The ad then shows a black screen with text about a Ford bonus, followed by the "Ready Set Ford" logo. The final scene is a close-up of the woman smiling.
