A woman and her cat nuzzling closely.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman and her cat, then shows the cat exhibiting problematic behavior like scratching and urinating indoors. It transitions to the woman plugging a Feliway Optimum diffuser into a wall socket, followed by animated purple particles emanating from it. The final scenes show the family interacting happily with their cats, with the purple particles creating a calming atmosphere. The ad ends with a product shot and website URL.
