A happy family birthday celebration abruptly interrupted by a zombie-like server.

The ad opens with a happy family celebrating a birthday in a restaurant, wearing party hats. The mood shifts dramatically as a woman, appearing pale and zombie-like, serves them. She then appears again, looking exhausted, as she pours drinks for a couple. The scene transitions to the restaurant closing, with chairs stacked on tables, and the same woman, now looking more normal but still tired, sweeping the floor. She then walks outside, looking weary. The final scenes show her looking at job listings on a laptop, with various job titles appearing around her, and then a final shot of the eJobs logo with the tagline.
