The stark contrast between the happy birthday party and the gaunt, zombie-like woman.

The ad opens with a young boy with curly red hair wearing a party hat, laughing at a birthday party. The scene quickly shifts to a woman with a pale, gaunt appearance, looking directly at the camera. She is then shown bringing a birthday cake to a table of celebrating people. Later, she is seen serving drinks with a vacant expression. The mood darkens as she is shown cleaning an empty restaurant at night, looking exhausted and zombie-like. The final scenes show her looking at a job search website on her laptop, with a hopeful expression, and then a close-up of her smiling as job listings appear around her, ending with the e-jobs logo.
