A group of men, seemingly fishermen, in a dimly lit room.

The ad opens with a group of men, seemingly fishermen, sitting on a couch in a dimly lit room. One man is cleaning a fish, another is looking at a phone, and an older man with a long beard is gesturing. The scene shifts to a man pouring chopped meat into a bathtub, then to a reflection of this scene in a mirror, with a young man looking on. The group of men are then shown gathered around a table, drinking from mugs. Finally, a smartphone displays the Earnest app interface, showing options to customize a repayment plan. The pacing is relatively slow, with a focus on the characters and their environment before transitioning to the app interface.
