The initial shot of a stressed woman driving a car.

The ad opens with a woman driving a car, looking stressed. The scene then cuts to a close-up of car keys and an ORCA card on a wooden surface. Text appears, instructing the viewer to 'Drop your keys' and then 'Grab your ORCA card'. The ad transitions to a wide shot of a double-decker bus driving on a highway under a bright sky, with mountains in the distance. The pacing is quick initially, then slows to showcase the bus and the message.
