The "Mechanics NOW HIRING" patch.

The ad opens with a patch that says "Mechanics NOW HIRING" and the Community Transit logo. This is followed by close-ups of a gloved hand turning a switch on a piece of machinery, then a patch that says "CAREER STABILITY". Next, a bus is shown on a lift in a garage. Another patch appears, this time saying "$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS". The video then shows a close-up of a toolbox filled with wrenches, followed by a mechanic's hands holding a piston and connecting rod. The ad concludes with an end card displaying "Apply Today" and a website address.
