A dentist in a white coat holding a toothbrush and toothpaste.

The ad opens with a dentist in a white coat holding a toothbrush and a tube of Colgate Total toothpaste, speaking to a patient. The scene then shifts to a close-up of the toothpaste tube. Next, a 3D animation shows teeth being protected by a grid-like barrier, with small dark specks representing bacteria being repelled. The final scene shows the toothpaste tube again with swirling colorful lines and text.
