The text "Water is NOT moisturizing your locs" appears on screen.

A woman with locs is holding a spray bottle and talking to the camera. She sprays her hair and scalp, then massages it in. She shows two bottles of hair product, one larger and one smaller, and emphasizes the importance of using a hydrating mist for locs. The video features close-ups of her hair and the product bottles.
