A man smiling while carrying a child on his back.

The video opens with the BARMR logo on a plain background. It then transitions to a man playing with a child on his back, first smiling at the camera, then doing a plank exercise with the child still on his back. A tablet is shown displaying the BARMR bonus program with points accumulating. The ad then lists activities that earn points: health apps, fitness training, children's courses, and health check-ups. The final scene shows the man and child on the couch, with the BARMR logo and slogan.
