A man directly addresses the camera with a question about accidents.

A middle-aged man with short grey hair and a beard stands on a paved driveway in front of a row of terraced houses. He is wearing a dark green jacket over a light-colored shirt. The street in front of the houses has cars parked on it, and the pavement is wet with fallen leaves scattered around. The man looks directly at the camera and speaks. The video transitions to a yellow screen with the Aviva logo, then to a blue and yellow graphic, and finally to the Aviva logo again.
