The initial black screen with a bright green graphic element.

The video opens with a black screen and a green graphic element in the bottom left corner. It transitions to show a woman sitting on the floor in a room filled with moving boxes. She is holding a mug and appears relaxed, with her eyes closed. The background shows stacks of boxes, some books, and a plant. The editing is slow-paced, focusing on the woman's moment of peace.
