The woman's initial frustrated expression and the question "You'll never figure me out."

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman with auburn hair, looking down with a frustrated expression. The camera then pans to an open desk drawer filled with office supplies, bills, and electronics. The woman's voiceover expresses frustration with her current energy provider. The scene shifts to a wider shot of the woman in a well-lit, modern living room, looking at a bill. The ad then shows text overlays and the ATCO Energy logo. The pacing is moderate, with quick cuts between the woman's reactions and the drawer contents, then settling on a more relaxed pace as she reads the bill.
