A man with an afro and glasses speaks directly to the camera, with the text 'El silencio' appearing on screen.

The video opens with a man speaking directly to the camera in a room with framed pictures. It then transitions to scenes of people in what appears to be a refugee camp, including a woman walking, a blurred sunset, and aerial shots of densely packed shelters. The man reappears throughout, speaking about the situation. Other scenes include a close-up of a man's face, people collecting water, a family in a crowded room, a group of medical professionals, people in a camp, and children playing. The video ends with the UNHCR logo.
