Cate Blanchett speaking directly to the camera.

The video opens with a close-up of Cate Blanchett speaking directly to the camera, wearing glasses. Text overlays appear with her name and title. The scene then shifts to footage of people, including children, in what appears to be a refugee camp or displacement situation, with tents and a UNHCR bus. There are shots of people carrying belongings, receiving aid, and waiting in lines. The video returns to Cate Blanchett speaking, interspersed with more footage of people in need. The final scenes show a baby and then the UNHCR logo with a call to action.
