The initial question 'Panne?' followed by the dramatic close-up of the man with face paint.

The ad opens with a tow truck from VAB assisting a car. A person in a high-visibility jacket is working on the car's wheel. The scene then cuts to a close-up of a man with red and black face paint, looking distressed and shouting. The ad returns to the tow truck scene, with text appearing. It then cuts back to the man in the car, now looking ecstatic and shouting with joy. The final scenes show the VAB logo and tagline superimposed over shots of the tow truck and service personnel in various outdoor settings.
