An older gentleman with a walker asking for car service.

The ad opens with a humorous scene at a car service counter. An older gentleman, dressed in a suit and using a walker, approaches the counter where two younger men are working. The gentleman explains that his walker is making a squeaking noise and needs brake fluid. The service employees look confused, as they only service cars.
